First and foremost, I will serve as a support person and resource for you, as you begin the process of detoxifying your home for you and your established or growing family! Whether you are thinking of getting pregnant, are already expecting or have children in your home already, I can help!
My main focus and intent is to support and educate the mother. Knowledge is power and provides the opportunity to make informed decisions. Excessive worry can be toxic to your baby, so I offer balanced information, support, tools and resources, instead of scare tactics and propaganda. I bridge the gap between what your doctor will tell you and everything else you need to know about raising a healthy child, in a very toxic world. There ARE many simple ways to significantly reduce your family's exposure to disease- and allergy- causing toxins, and they do not require turning your lives upside down. I do all of the research and leg work for you. I will help you to identify toxins in your home and guide you to manageable, affordable solutions for your family, while educating and empowering YOU to make the decisions that are right for YOUR family. I provide a highly personalized, no-pressure, no-stress, no-guilt consultation, focused on you, your baby and family.
I will assess your home (including personal care products, home care products, food, etc.) for toxic substances and can help to identify non-toxic alternatives, as well as local resources for non-toxic services. I will even supply these products for you, if you wish.
I can provide resources in YOUR neighborhood (i.e., vaccine-friendly pediatricians, farmers' markets, chem-free/eco-friendly dry cleaners, child care centers, etc.).
I am not bound under any contracts to sell products or services, nor do I believe it is appropriate to do so. I will not pressure you to tear our your floors or strip the paint off of your walls (however, I will provide you with a listing of reputable companies to assist you, should you choose to do so).
I provide a free initial consultation, in your home or at a neutral location, and offer very affordable personalized packages, starting at just $75. I also provide support at an hourly rate, if you just want to use me as a resource for questions and guidance.
Every family is different and every mother must make a decision that is right for her and her family at that time. I simply want to support, educate and empower.
I am partnered with a wonderful, affordable nutritionist, who is also available to provide personalized and family focused nutrition guidance for those interested.
We are based in San Diego, CA, but welcome the opportunity to serve clients in other locations in person, telephonically or via video conference.
